The 5k Individual & Team Race is one of three races to be held on the famous Lotus test track over the evening. There will be a range of races for different ages and abilities and the evening will finish with food and refreshments.

 

Full Race Timetable:

18:30 – 2.5k Junior Race
19:00 – SPORTLINK GRAND PRIX SERIES 10k
19:05 – 5k Individual/Team Race

 

Food & refreshments will be served from the end of the junior race

 

Minimum age: 13 years.

Individual Race: Every entrant will be classified in the individual race, regardless of whether they are part of a team.

 

Team Race: 

Teams must consist of 3 to 5 runners.

It doesn’t matter what gender or age team members are, as all teams will be competing in a single category.

The Teams’ overall time will be calculated by adding together the age/gender graded time for the first three runners of the team to finish.

 

TEAM ENTRY:

To enter a team, please follow these steps:

1. Each team member needs to enter the race as an individual.

2. Once all members have entered, the team captain should follow the link below to send an email with your team information.

Medals: Presented at the finish line for all finishers.

 

Trophies: 

Individual - 1st, 2nd & 3rd male & female & 1st, 2nd & 3rd age graded Male & Female

Team - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Teams (based on aggregate age/gender graded time of first 3 team finishers).

 

Parking: There is ample on-site parking on the Lotus site. Plan for a 5 minute walk from the car park to registration.

 

Site Access: Please note that the site will not be open to the public for spectating. Only vehicles with registered competitors will be allowed access to the site during the evening. If to want to bring family or friends along for support, they must share a car with the runner.
